A gentle reminder of our policy.  We offer a 3 day exchange or in-store credit only. No refunds. We are proud to be a family run, small, local shop and intend to stay that way.  In this world of instant gratification, online shopping and big box stores where you can return anything, anytime, no questions asked...that will never be us.   Thank you for your understanding and continued support and respecting our policy.

Thistle & Wren offers a 3 day exchange or in-store credit policy. We do not offer refunds.  To qualify, we require your sales receipt. Items must be in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed and still have the sales tag still attached. Intimate's (panties, bras and boxers), swimwear, and hats are a final sale.   All merchandise purchased on sale, is a final sale. 
New Items
Thistle & Wren offers a 7 day exchange or in-store credit policy. We do not offer refunds.  To qualify, we require your sales receipt. Items must be in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed and still have the sales tag still attached. Intimate's (panties, bras and boxers), swimwear, and hats are a final sale.   All merchandise purchased on sale, is a final sale. 

Final Sale

Final sale, including but not limited to, sale and discounted items, hats, undergarments, swim wear, earrings, rattan, stuffies, and opened packaged goods. 

Shipping Policy for Exchanges

Returns Via Shipping

Customers are responsible for the fees associated with shipping items they would like to exchange or receive credit for.  Tracking is  recommended as Thistle & Wren is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you require tracking, please choose standard shipping as your shipping method.  

International shipping is available upon request. Thistle & Wren is not responsible for any customs or duty charges. 

Curbside Pick up/ Local Delivery

Orders placed for curbside pick up will be ready for pick up within 3 working business days. The boutique is located in Victoria, BC, if you are having a friend or family member pick up your order, please provide them with the order number. If you choose curbside pick up and do not live locally we will send an invoice to cover the necessary shipping charges.

Orders that have not been picked up in store within 4 weeks will be donated to a not for profit charity. Refunds will not be given. If you are needing more time to pick up your order, please send an email to hello@thistleandwren.com. 

Local deliveries will be delivered within 10 working business days, if you require your order before that please send an email to hello@thistleandwren.com and we will do our best to accommodate. Deliveries to apartment buildings will be attempted once, if you are unable to retrieve your order at that time you will need to pick up in store. 

If an order does not arrive, it is not the responsibility of Thistle & Wren to replace the order. We recommend choosing tracked and insured shipping. If your package is lost/damaged, you will be able to start a claim with Canada Post.
