A gentle reminder of our policy.  We offer a 3 day exchange or in-store credit only. No refunds.  We are proud to be a family run, small, local shop and intend to stay that way.  In this world of instant gratification, online shopping and big box stores where you can return anything, anytime, no questions asked...that will never be us.   Thank you for your understanding and continued support and respecting our policy. 


The Nitty Gritty

Thistle & Wren offers a 3 day exchange or in-store credit policy. We do not offer refunds.  To qualify, we require your sales receipt. Items must be in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed and still have the sales tag still attached.  All merchandise purchased on sale, is a final sale. 

Regular Orders

Our boutique is a small shop with few employees, because of this our current turn around time is 3 days. If you want to rush your order, please email us.


Rush Orders

We would love to give you express service, for an additional $10! Your order will ship out (or be ready for pick-up if you're local) within 24 hours of ordering. If you'd like rush shipping please select this order at checkout.


Destinations

We currently ship to Canada and the United States. If you're looking to ship internationally, please contact us and we will give you a quote for shipping.

Shipping Policy

In order to offer free shipping we use poly mailers whenever possible.  Poly Mailers and standard $5.00 (letter mail) shipping are NOT tracked or insured, so there is no insurance for replacement if your order does not arrive to you and we are not able to track your package. Economy Lettermail can take as little at 2 days or as many as 2-3weeks to arrive. Within 1 week is typical, but no guarantees or tracking.  This is economy shipping and items will likely be vacuum-sealed or in a ziplock bag. If sent lettermail, most orders with multiple items may ship in separate packages.

If you require tracking, you will be invoiced separately for shipping.  

If you prefer your items in one package, please send an email and you will be invoiced separately for tracked shipping.  Tracked and insured shipping includes up to $100 insurance. If you would like your insurance to cover your entire order (if over $100) please email us and we can invoice the small fee so your entire order is covered, and you can have peace of mind.

International orders do not include tracking or insurance. If you would like to add this, please ask for a quote prior to placing your order. Thistle & Wren is not responsible for any customs or duty charges. 

If an order does not arrive, it is not the responsibility of Thistle & Wren to replace the order. We recommend choosing tracked and insured shipping. If your package is lost/damaged, you will be able to start a claim with Canada Post.
