This document constitutes an agreement for Thistle & Wren Boutique governing the special terms and conditions applicable to the store credit (hereinafter "Store Credit") issued to the recipient as identified in the recipient's customer account. For purposes of clarity in this agreement, the parties shall refer to the Store Credit as the "Store Credit Voucher."

The Store Credit shall take the form of store credit directly attached to the recipient's customer account. The Store Credit Voucher shall expire and no longer be valid 18 months after the date of issuance.

The Store Credit Voucher is for the sole use of the identified recipient and may not be transferred, gifted, sold, donated, shared or otherwise conveyed to any other person. The Store Credit Voucher has no cash value and is not redeemable for cash under any circumstances. Any attempt to transfer, convey or use the Store Credit Voucher in violation of these terms shall result in the immediate deactivation and voiding of the Store Credit Voucher.

For products purchased at the store using Cash, Debit, Visa, Mastercard, or American Express, the customer may return the product as per the return and exchange policies for store credit. This store credit shall expire and no longer be valid 18 months after the date of issuance. However, unlike the Store Credit Voucher addressed above, store credit issued for returned products purchased with debit, Visa, Mastercard, or American Express may be transferred, gifted, sold, donated, shared or otherwise conveyed to any other person, as it does not constitute a Store Credit Voucher subject to the special terms and restrictions set forth in this agreement.

Gift cards are valid indefinitely and are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-redeemable for cash. Treat your gift card like cash; we are not liable for lost or stolen cards, and such cards will not be replaced or refunded.
